
A West Baltimore native, and now Baltimore icon for over 50 years, Clarence "Fancy Clancy" Haskett has served up beer at Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, Nationals Park, and even Memorial Stadium. Clancy began his vending career in 1974 just to get into the games for free. Clancy quickly became a fan favorite for his high energy and pouring his beer "fancy". Still to this day, you can find Clancy running up the first baseline selling beer with the palpable energy he is known for.

In addition to decades as a beloved beer man, Clancy also had a 35 year career as an instructor with the Maryland State Highway Administration. Off the clock, he has turned that same energy he brings to OPACY toward mentoring and motivating the next generation across Baltimore. In season, Clancy is “Coach Clancy,” working with high school sprinters and young athletes, pushing them to compete hard, stay disciplined, and believe in themselves. Clancy uses his platform as a Baltimore icon to inspire kids who see themselves in his hustle and resilience.
